Bhagavad-Gita Reference<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The mind is associated with the brain. The two terms are often used interchangeably.
The brain is considered to be a physical thing, the mind is considered to be mental. The brain is composed of nerve cells and can be touched, whereas the mind cannot be touched.<\/p>\n

The brain controls what you think and feel, how you learn and remember, and the way you move and talk. But it also controls things you\u2019re less aware of \u2013 like the beating of your heart and the digestion of your food. Think of the brain as a central computer that controls all the body\u2019s functions.<\/p>\n

Research into the social nature of the brain suggests another piece of this puzzle.
Five particular qualities enable employees and executives alike to minimize the threat response and instead enable the reward response.

The brains of humans are not the biggest compared to all other animals.

The human mind does have a memory limit. The average adult human brain\u2019s memory capacity is 2.5 million gigabytes<\/strong>.
